THE ARDS TOURIST TROPHY RACES

The RAC Tourist Trophy Races held at Ards between 1928 and 1936 were among the most significant races held in Northern Ireland. They attracted the cream of British and Irish drivers as well as many of the top Continental drivers of the time, including: Campari; Caracciola; Nuvolari; Varzi and Count Laurani. This publication tells the story of these races as well as their background, and includes a valuable index of all of the drivers who raced there.
